This blog is about art and craft, and about sewing. There will be stories from traveling. I will tell a little bit about myself, and about my family. I will mention my wonderful friends. I shall introduce our beloved four legged companions. And I would like to talk about nature. And about sun and rain and flowers and trees, and the sea and the desert - about the beauty, the history, the ancient places and the views of the Land of Israel, and about its people.
If you want to know a little bit more about me, go down to the February 2010 posts.

amazing, this looks more like an orchidea !
I was thinking about the iris's that will bloom soon in our garden. This one Uri has photographed is especially beautiful!
Have a wonderful Sunday, Yael!!
Oh it is SO beautiful, Yael!!! It looks like a garden flower and it's amazing to know that it grows endemic in Israel!
Uri's photos are always a pleasure to the eye!
Have a wonderful Sunday!

this bloom is amazing!
it inspires me to think
of openings across
our dear dear world.
it is what we are
meant to do,
as sure as the
sun rises.

Oh, it is so beautiful!! I have never seen an iris like this, love the colour combinations.
Great photos!
Have a nice new week, Yael :)
Oh Yael,
Wow, that is so beautiful! I wish we had spotted one like that.
OH MY GOOD NESS! iris' are my favorite flower, yael. and this color i have never seen...until NOW...how very gorgeous and thanks for yet another history lesson! xo
Liebe Yael,
Irmi
