This blog is about art and craft, and about sewing. There will be stories from traveling. I will tell a little bit about myself, and about my family. I will mention my wonderful friends. I shall introduce our beloved four legged companions. And I would like to talk about nature. And about sun and rain and flowers and trees, and the sea and the desert - about the beauty, the history, the ancient places and the views of the Land of Israel, and about its people.
If you want to know a little bit more about me, go down to the February 2010 posts.

Yael, do almond blossoms perfume the air? They look so beautiful against the blue skies...!
They smell like heaven - if you stand under the trees - but the citrus blossom do perfume the air all around!
...then breath in the air for me, and I will know someone is lucky!
A beautiful flower under a bright sunlit day. Superb photos.
these call my heart out to play.
LOVE.
Oh wie traumhaft...
Ich wünsche dir auch einen schönen Sonntag mit ganz viel Sonne!

Do you remember the Primeln and Leberbluemchen? Well... they are under a thick layer of snow now, it's been snowing since yesterday and we are snowed in now -- a fairy landscape!

Yael, love your pictures, esp.about the Blooming of the Almond Trees. I live in Jerusalem and see a "Shkedia"
from my window! Every year take pictures myself - but now also from Google. Loved your "rain/sun" verbal images.
