WANDERING AROUND IN MY HOME

After having been confined to one room for almost two months I enjoy walking around in our home, seeing and enjoying our lovely things anew and remembering the story of each one...

Some of my favorite things...

Most photos taken by my husband, some by me. Please zoom in...

I am expecting to be able to read the stories behind these fascinating objects. At least some of them and not all of them at the same time. So, wie waer’s?

Two months confinement in one room! But listen, my daughter-in-law is leaving the hospital in a few days after “three months confinement” because of the threat of premature delivery. Tomorrow, my granddaughter, who spent with us for about one and a half months (not continuously), is leaving us. I have mixed-emotion: I’m going to miss her but it’s good for her to live together with her parents and in a month with a younger sister.

Well, I forgot to tell this. What a fascinating home you have! The views from the window is lovely and I got interested in almost all the things in the photos. I like the way how you decorate or display things. Thanks for this tour.
