Of course I have more and they often include nature, landscapes, foreign countries, ancient places and strange people and many are not fancy at all. But this one certainly was very special - one of my most cherished highlights was a balloon flight over Cappadocia, which I got as a surprise present from my husband. Only the two of us and the pilot in the small basket, very early in the morning, gliding over the magical rocks and valleys into the sunlight...
Listening to absolute silence, except for the occasional hissing sound of the fire - taking in the marvelous, grandiose, extraordinary view...
Overwhelmed with feelings - enchanted, peaceful, happy, thankful...A day to remember and cherish forever! Yes, what an unforgettable experience!
All photos taken by my husband Uri.

This is unbelievable, Yael! I think some of this landscape looks like cones of sugar dropped from the sky! It seems so serene, yet very exciting at the same time--I would have loved to have been there!
My goodness! What beauty! You are a lucky woman, Yael. I think Uri is a definite keeper.
wow! what an amazing experience!! i am jealous but so very glad for you and uri. what a wonderful husband you have.
Was für wahnsinnsschöne Bilder!
