This blog is about art and craft, and about sewing. There will be stories from traveling. I will tell a little bit about myself, and about my family. I will mention my wonderful friends. I shall introduce our beloved four legged companions. And I would like to talk about nature. And about sun and rain and flowers and trees, and the sea and the desert - about the beauty, the history, the ancient places and the views of the Land of Israel, and about its people.
If you want to know a little bit more about me, go down to the February 2010 posts.

These are so pretty - delicate
Absolutely lovely!! Thank you for these photos :)
I bought some daffodil bulbs yesterday, and will plant them hopefully tomorrow, if the rain has stoped. We'll have to wait all until April to see them in bloom...
Hope you are having a nice evening, Yael :)
Liebe Yael,
Daffodils at the end of October??? Incredible! But as I read in your answer to Jutta, the blooming season is completely different than in Europe, where daffodils are typical spring flowers!
Here in Rhodes there are lots of flowers in bloom now, but I would say they are rather subtropical flowers (such as many different varieties of hibiscus etc) that have been in bloom for many many months.
I'm really surprised by the daffodils, as well as crocus and anemones... typical spring flowers! Amazing!
ow ... when we are lucky we only will see them in March or April ! You must have very soft winters. I think i will have to move ;-) as we just read in the newspaper that we will have a 'horror'winter up to -25 ° ... but I really don't believe that.
Oh--you are so lucky! That must be a wonderful feeling to have the spring flowers coming your way!
Nice one.
